Our Contact Centre is able to perform live operator inbound and outbound telephone call handling. The telephone calls are channelled via a 'state of the art' channel system within which we can provide dedicated call lines, free phone lines or premium rate numbers.
The diversity of the service can range from customer help lines to consumer loyalty campaigns, credit card order processing and order taking.
We have two very active secure postrooms, with electronic letter opening facilities.
From the four sites we are able to process orders received via telephone, mail, fax, e-mail, ISDN and Internet. These are processed via our industry proven and established order processing software. The 'real-time' system means reports can be produced reflecting the 'up to the minute' situation viewed via the web or email.
Banking of all major credit cards, cheques and postal orders are run in tandem and we are able to bank in multi currencies.
From premium items such as electrical goods, freebies, posters or badges, we are able to provide a complete campaign fulfilment service. We have the ability to produce personalised cheques, despatch store vouchers, conduct coupon-collecting promotions, prize draws, instant wins and collate gift packs.
We can even provide a gift wrap service if that is the client's brief.
We regularly source varied premium incentive merchandise items and personalised gifts.
We handle all import clearance, duties and shipment.
