The Westex Group have developed an in-house software platform, West1, that is compatible with any client IBM or Microsoft system that it has to interface with.
West1 accepts all traditional order channels and is fully web enabled. West1, processes FOC and charged orders, output can be tailored to meet any customer delivery/advice note formats. Campaign and stock MI is provided on line.
The IT department also supports AS400 and other systems that the Group are required to interface with to operate dedicated client contracts.
We do not have a 'one size fits all' approach and will tailor each customers' requirements specifically.
The Westex Group has significant PAF data capture facilities and call handling capability.
We can supply reporting and any analytical requirements in a wide variety of formats including Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets or graphs, hard copy or electronic files. Our software allows us to analyse the responses in each field so we can report on any or all information held in may combinations.
Client password protected access is available for stock and report interrogation.
