We can undertake high volume mailings with ease.

A variety of enclosing machines give us the flexibility and capacity to handle a wide range of mailing projects. Our machine room caters for packs up to C4 with six enclosures into paper envelopes.

If your need is more complex we can offer selective insertion and automated matching of personalised items when required. Cameras mounted on the enclosing machines ensure that the correct enclosures are added to every pack. If a mis-feed should occur the sensors immediately stop the machine allowing the operator to resolve the problem.

We have the ability of inserting approximately 320,000 per day, on a mailing consisting of 3 inserts into a C5 size envelope.

Our Buhrs polywrapping line offers the capability to nest items within the front or back cover of a main brochure if required. Online inkjet personalisation further increases the efficiencies and savings provided. The average daily output available is between 40 – 50 thousand packs.

Folding, nesting, collating, tabbing are all second nature. We can even affix and cancel traditional self-adhesive stamps for that more personal look to your pack if that is what the brief requires.
